Not a dumb question at all.

First you need a place to store your graphics.

Once you have that here's the code you use.

< img src="xxxxxxx you graphic here" >

You would need to remove the spaces after < and > other wise it will not work for you. You will get the REDX

Now there are places that will allow you to store your graphics free. Let me look around for one. And your ISP usually gives everyone with an account a free space for a web page, which can be used to store graphics. You will need a file transfer soft ware probgram which can be gotten for free.
