Isn't this the epic of one man having affairs with women in three generations of one family? And they peddled this dreck at Christmas. Are the investors in this tripe nuts?

Isn't this the epic of one man having affairs with women in three generations of one family? It seems to be worse than that -- apparently there is a plot device which depends on Costner having sex with the youngest of the three, who appears to be his daughter!! Incest humor at Christmas that's Hollywood's idea of counter-programming!

Not sure of the plot......you could not pay me to see or even read about a Reiner film.
However, it does sound like something self-absorbed, mean-spirited Hollywarped types would put out at the holidays----just to stick it to Christians.

It's worse than that, even. One of the women is his daughter.

That's right, haw haw! Those zany creative smarties in Hollywood are at it again! Another innovative comedy revolving around alcoholism and promiscuity, with none of the ugly real-life realities that can get in the way. Hope you saw it twice!
Sometimes my daughters' Barbies have more realistic dialog than many of the movies coming out these days.

and Jen's character thinks the man is probably her father, so the first thing she does is sleep with him
never neglect the incest angle in a romantic comedy
