I've got the movie "The Great Raid" rented on DVD. I think I'll be watching that tonight instead.

Another INT. Now it's even more over than it was a few minutes ago.

Yup, I ain't wasting my time on 3 hours of a meaningless game. Listening to the ESPN guys trying to make it interesting by talking about "playing for pride" or "will Parcells return". Cowboys got what they deserved this year by playing poorly in second half of season. Eagles really really suck. Reid putting Detmer in backfired big-time.

But as a NFL fan I'll be back next week enjoying the playoffs. I'm pulling for Indy/Carolina now for a SB.

And that's it.

Sorry Cowboys' fans. Better luck next year.

Houston throws an INT! Niners are in field goal range. The Bush Bowl could be drawing to a close (maybe)

I wanted to see when it was in the theaters but didn't have time.

Wouldn't shock me if our teams meet.

9r INT.

Runback to Texan 25.

Nedney on to kick FG.

Good!

Texans get #1 pick, 9rs save face, pick #3 it looks like next spring.

Dom Caper Era is finished.

Niners win the game, Texans win the Bush Bowl! Congrats to the Niners players and condolences to the Houston-bound Heisman winner.

At least your kicker can make a gimmee. How did Brown's missed 26 yarder look? Did it appear that he genuinely missed it, or did it seem that he took a dive (he's the one who missed a gimmee in TN to force overtime).

Good for the Texans. Bush's jersey will be the top seller next year.

Actually, it looked like the wind pushed it about 4-5 feet or less off his mark. It looked good when it left the ground but didn't hook back in enough of a smidge.

It certainly wasn't a throwaway kick.

#3 pick for the 9rs may look pretty good as they'll actually get to choose, rather than the media making the choice for them, and to get some help on the right side OL starters, and some good backup linemen, will get them to the next level---IMHO.

For sure though, Nolan is glad the season is over.

Nolan on the podium now: "We will only get better". "The character of our team has come out in the last three games.". "Frank Gore played very well. Mike Adams played very well with two INT's, especially the OT."

that's okay. Dallas is a punk team that doesn't deserve to go to the playoffs. If I were the owner, pink slips would be handed out tomorrow. I am sure that Jones expected Parcells to do better than 25-23 in three seasons. Even Chan Galley was 18-16 in two seasons before he was fired.

Parcells gets one more year to get back into the playoffs and get beyond the first round.

Dallas fans expected more from this team this year (though they will finish 10-6).

To get whipped as they did two weeks ago against Washington indicates that Parcells has no idea how his team is going to play from week to week.

That's a scary place for a coach to be.
