I know how you feel. In 2001 the Patriots needed the Jets to beat the Raiders in order to get a first round bye. It was painful.

I give Andy Reid a lot of credit, he has the Eagles playing hard, even though the season was lost long ago. I've actually gained a lot of respect for him this year.

It's just so sad that it didn't need to be this way.

We had WSH beat with 4 mins left in the first game this season.

And if Parcells had hired a kicking coach, we would have probably won at least 3 more games this year and be NFC East champs.

I'm with you there. I actually love Andy Reid and Joe Gibbs as coaches. They just happen to be in our division at the moment so I won't send them a Christmas card. :)

You'd have thought Parcells would have gotten himself a decent kicker.

Point taken, but how do you really know if a kicker is good or not without having somebody focused on their practice and development? Parcells claimed he could handle it, but history says otherwise.

He did cut Matt Bahr in 1996 because he thought this undrafted rookie kicker named Adam Vinatieri might turn into something special.

I wouldn't say it's going to be easy but I think the Pats will win. Belichick will take them seriously which is all that matters.

Yes! TD Niners. And David Carr seems to have remembered he needs to lose (4-11 for 23 yards)

We should rename this game the Mel Kiper bowl.

I told a Cowboy fan today that his only hope was for Atlanta to knock off Carolina. Should have known better.

If things get out of hand, the eagles may put in mamma McNabb at QB.
