I was referring to the words "with a handgun in his presence".

Who was the mental giant that wrote that line?

"In his presence". Would that mean say, within 10 feet? Twenty feet?

If one was to rob someone next to a gun shop, would he/she be charged with multiple gun violations?


Seems obvious that the "reporter" was preoccupied in college and bought all his term papers.
