Posted on 12/29/2005 6:58:00 PM PST by maineman
Long story short...my computer crashed, put recovery disk in all okay. However the font is really bad..very choppy if you will. I've gone to text size ..still bad. Any thoughts? Many Thanks!

Just this.
A font walks into a bar.
The bartenders says: "Hey, we don't serve your type in here."
Sorry!

Sounds like you have an LCD monitor. This box is for '98/ME, but XP isn't very different. Right click on an empty part of the Desktop and click on Properties to find it. Make sure the 2nd box is checked.
