What software is available to print sheets of address labels from an .XLS file?

Word, OpenOffice, KOffice

Copy and paste the address list into WORD.
Then use the label printing templates supplied with Word and your labels.

Look under TOOLS, Letters and Mailing...

Open MS Word, go to Help, select the Mail Merge Wizard, click Labels. It takes a bit of work, but can be done.

Go to Excel help and enter "print labels" .... a page describing this begins ...
