If we are attacked again, it will fall on the shoulders of the presstitutes and their bosses.

Many times in my life I have seen the media lead the attack on the right. They do not attribute the attack statements to Democrats.. They present false accusations as fact.

A few times I have seen actual events cause those accusations to blow up in the media's face.

What does the media do in such a case? They blame it on the Democrats.

The media will alwasys take the credit for leftist successes. They refuse to take any blame for leftist defeats.

I finally got the problem (me) fixed so that I can post pictures again. Many thanks go to Trill, for her patience and understanding that I have CRS syndrome.

Anywhoo... here are my girls.

They have their heads down because they are scarfing down the treats that I "Soooeeeeee! Pig! Pig! Pig!" called them to. That's the only way I can get both in the same frame.

The t-shell is Cayanne, the black one is Spooky.

Here is the lashup that I used the first nights here, to be able to get high-speed internet. The new setup actually uses a parabolic dish, and a machined mount to go on the tripod. But... this setup worked, believe it or not(tm).

That's a usb WIFI dongle suspended by parachute cord at the ahem... 'focal point' of a metal mixing bowl. I say focal point advisedly. It was more like a glinty spot in the rf that raised the signal about 30dB.

Thank you for sharing johnny. They are pretty kitties. I like their names. Is Spooky the one your daughter found somewhere?

So no matter the outcome the media always ducks the blame even when they are the cause of a situation? I've known, from the time I was 18 that the media lies. Coming back from Korea one time, I was stunned when I read we'd done something (I've forgotten the incident) in Seoul, it had to do with the shanties down by the river, and it was not true. It was during our non-war.

Let's see, we had leftovers for brunch on Monday, ham sandwich, leftovers for dinner, Tuesday a ham sandwich, leftover. Leftover full dinner. We had few leftovers, but had more than I'd thought. Tonight we're having a nice healthy salad! I'm not cooking!

If you are looking for something to read, I recommend either Powerline or Michelle Malkin's blog. today. They both have extra good stuff on them today.

If you hadn't run across it, Powerline blog News is an easy place to access some of the major right-minded bloggers and their current pieces. Plus current major headline stories. (I'm sure there are other good at-a-glance websites that organize the blogosphere as well.)

Spooky looks like my old cat Bonkers, black as the ace or spades. Is Cayenne wild? I only ask as there are feral cats with that coloring in attendance in our park.

Like the gigup, whatever works, but that bowl looks suspiciously like my popcorn holder! And bread riser, to boot!

t, those two sentances spoke volumes. Good training and good logistics will carry the day! I got such a kick out of finding out they were MP's and a Medic, they jumped into the breach, killed 26 of the ambushers, wounded 4 and captured one, who faked an injury to avoid combat. Dumb-a$$ ragheads...

Yes, she is. I have considered changing the names, since they aren't set in stone yet (I've avoided name training, until I'm sure the name fits). Spooky is always difficult to find, because she camps out on my '6' about 4-5&1/2 feet behind me. I don't catch her in my peripheral vision because she's so close. That's Spooky. But.... She's always on my '6'. Cayanne is always checking me to make sure that I'm here. She's needy.

I was thinking about naming the pair 'Check' & 'Six'. That seems like a good AF set of names to me. ;>)

No final decision yet, and I won't name-train until I decide. They both respond to 'sweety' very well.

The following is a report on a DLC poll that was quoted in the Washington times. As you know the DLC( Democrat Leadership Council) tends to represent the less liberal wing of the Democratic party. It is often referred to as the branch of the Democratic party that wants to win elections. The DLC was very much in Bill Clinton's corner in 1992 and 1996. The primary belief of the DLC is that for Democrats to win they have to hide in a moderate suit. In any event here is a quote from the Washington Times article.

Republicans led the Democrats by 40 percent to 36 percent on questions about which party can keep the country safe, 45 percent to 40 percent on which party can be trusted on national security and 48 percent to 38 percent on "which party can be trusted more to fight terrorism," the DLC said

The DLC was cautioning Democrats about going too far with the surrender now and avoid the rush later crowd.

The Report also shows President Bush has a 56 percent approval rating on fighting terrorism. This report on a Democratic sponsored poll helps prove the case of biased main stream media polls. I believe DLC polls. Political professionals will not buy polls that lie to them. The media does buy polls that they use to lie to us.

Why do you suppose the results of this poll got to the media and was published by the Washington Times? I think the people in the DLC understand that the media polls are biased and they want the Democratic office holders to know that acting like media polls are accurate is a very dumb thing to do. Most likely the poll was sent to every Democrat in the House and Senate and thus found its way into the Times.

A story on the DLC web site warns Democrats not to read too much in to the low Bush poll numbers. What the DLC knows but can't say is the bad Bush poll numbers are made up of two groups. .. those that want to surrender now.. and those that want Bush to act much more aggressively. Together those two negative Bush groups can approach 60 percent. Bur the number that support the surrender now position are about 36 to 40 percent. The Nuke em now people who also disapprove of Bush's policies will never vote for a Democrat although they do not approve of Bush.

They will do what ever it takes to keep a Democrat from wining the White House and control of the House and Senate.

The most surprised people I have ever seen were at Bowling Green University in Bowling Green Ohio after the 1972 election. They could not understand how 60 percent of the voters could disapprove of the way Nixon was conducting the Viet Nam War, and yet 60 percent of the voters voted for him. One thing to keep in mind, the media in the 70s convinced congress to get out of Nam. They did not convince the American people.

I believe the following... the so called Sheeple all have media credentials.

It was either Dan Rather or O.J. Simpson, I can't remember which, who said, "I did not do it and I will not rest until I find out who did."

I think OJ Simpson is still looking for the person who killed his ex-wife on every golf course he can plan on.

If only I had, say, ten [thousand] dollars for every time I went on an appliance service call, only to find a totally disassembled [dryer], but quickly discover the only trouble was a blown fuse/circuit breaker, I just might jolly well retire! Sheesh... And then ya gotta put the thing back together, what a waste of time!

Your Vegetarian Christmas sounds wonderful.

What a marvelous family your friend Paul introduced you to. I'm so glad Paul dragged you out to a Merry Christmas.

The pictures are great and those girls are both beautiful!

Until Cayanne and Sheanne get used to you're going and coming back they will follow you. They were both "uprooted" and still a little shaky about being uprooted again. Kitties are pretty sensitive. My girls always knew when we were being transferred. When the movers came, they would not leave the bed, until it was packed then into their carrier, just to make sure they were not left behind. Cats are smart.
