I am off to a busy day - Care Center beauty shop this morning and the remainder of the day at the clinic. I'll check back this afternoon.
How sweet! What a nice reminder that you are loved.
My mom bought us a hammered copper tea kettle that I love to make tea in.
LOL. Now that would be a worthy study :-)
Off to do some errands. You're an inspiration, bev!
I was a WH employee sent w/a message to someone (?) in the Executive Office building....got lost...and looking for the ladies' room, I came into a room w/cameras, 2 rows of seats filled w/people listening to a group of men sitting at a round table....details, details...lol...AND I distinctly "heard" and "saw" Arlen Specter.
I do not for the life of me understand why I should be having such a dream....and having Specter in it. I must be losing my mind.
You must have eaten something that didn't agree with you when the Garbageman woke you up!
Btw, Rush brought up an interesting point last week. Presidents have been intercepting the enemy's communications since at least the War Between the States when Lincoln intercepted some telegraphs intended for Southern leaders. It's always been accepted ... until this current batch of America-haters who are livid that they aren't in control now.
Were they discussing Scottish law? Or how to undercut our President again?
I don't remember a word of what he said....just the voice, which I immediately recognised. I need rest!
Good lord, your dream WAS a nightmare...
I once dreamt I met Bill Clintax I didn't tell too many people that.
A great read= Marine Style Persuasion
Hi 2/3's. Regarding those who will vote mindlessly for "he witch" - I don't believe she'll be getting those votes from the far left. If you wander over to DU they have quite the discussions about her and she is not popular. They all hold her vote for the Iraq war against her and say they are not letting her off the hook. However, they are notoriously wishy-washy so who knows. I believe the "moderate" dems are the ones to worry about especially the women.
It is because the left IS so unpredictable, and not only that, but because of the ignorance of the sheeple that vote for someone for something as frivolous as their looks, or fake charm, like many did, as we know, vote for uox42.
I never go to lib websites. I don't want my head to explode.
One serious thing we have against us is the rabid fanatasism that the uox42 worshipers desperately want uox42 back in the white house (small case because of the reference to it in the same context of that jacka$$), and that will get her a ton of votes, no matter what they think of her. One thing we have in our favor is that she is not 'slick' like he is, so that will turn away many that were so stupid to vote for him because of their mesmerizing of him, which won't be near as much the case with her.
Mark Belling in for Rush today! He's on the hot, important topics!
A Japanese woman called in the police after a hit man she paid to kill her lovers wife failed to carry out the job.
Coincidently, in today's mail arrived a money request from the Pantsuited Senator. How they got my name, I'll never know.
And so, I'm contemplating what small amount I could send, which would NOT cover their costs in soliceting me, but keep me on their list so I could find out what they're up to.
Do you think If I taped 5 dimes to the paper and returned it, I would be put on their donar list? I DO NOT want that to happen.
If she were an American citizen, I would say she would be a demoCRAT voter nominee as well.
Hi, Thirds, I long for the day past, when you could listen to Rush on the computer, no radio here. Oh well... It could be worse, could be at work! Har!
Now, THAT'S funny, a request for money from her? Oh, man, no comment other than to send her not enough to cover that postage... Why not super glue that change to a brick and send it postage due? Snicker, or maybe a concrete block? ;)
As for what to do to remain on their list....that is definitely a great idea that you want to, but I don't know how you can balance keeping on the mailing list without being listed as a 'donor'. No, you definitely don't want that to happen.
The 5 dimes might be interpreted as being not serious, and result in getting dropped. I don't think you could do anything less than a $1 bill and be taken seriously. But, I fear that that's TOO much.
However, we have so many brilliant minds here at ATRW, that I am totally confident an excellent solution will be thought up.
