I wonder if this the same seller that nailed some guy here in the Dallas area as well. I caught a news story about this earlier this week ~ quite the scam, some people ordered (and paid) for a number of these units as Christmas gifts. I doubt that eBay will be of any help ~ they rarely are.
You know what's really sick about the crook that did that? He was hoping they would just wrap it up and put it under the tree. By the time they found out he'd have his money. So some kid gets his heart broken on Christmas so some punk can get a free XBOX 360 for himself and make a few bucks.
