I've seen sharks while surfing, but wouldn't be caught dead in Oregon this time of year......no pun intended

We will be heading off to ski in Northern Michigan at the end of the week.

Oh, Northern MI, cold?! I remember skiing around Hudson Bay one year and almost froze, literally.

It's balmy here. 60 degrees. But rain ALL! week! Gotta get used to that out here. I had fun swerving in and out of traffic this morning, shopping. Put on a new Mary J. Blige CD and was good to go!

That sounds a lot crazier than surfing in Oregon. Personally, I wouldn't do either, but I've been in Michigan this time of year. It was awful! Barely fit for polar bears.
