I sure did look good so nice and brown and that is why pork fat rules for that is where the flavor is with out it food is bland!

Same way with Prime Ribs it really needs a good balance of fat or it taste grainy!

Pork rules (except for Muslims and Jews).

Love that pork with a goodly portion of fat marbling; so much of it nowdays is bred to be uber-lean, and not very tasty in my books; like turkey breast without basting.

A proper steak is a close second, preferably rib eye, with lots of marbling there too.

Many of my cousins raise hogs and beef, and when the time comes to butcher them out, they agree that the better the marbling, the better the meat.

Did you catch the 200th birthday special for Joseph Smith? We just caught the rebroadcast. It was marvelous.
