No rain here. We're under a burn ban, it's been so dry. I've got a lot to do today. My house isn't really "company" ready. Just got out of the shower and now I need to throw some laundry in and go out to the store.

I am desperately in need of some brown shoes. One bad thing about smaller communities...limited shopping options. We have 2 shoe stores, plus Stage and Goody's (Walmart doesn't count...especially for dress shoes), but there is some stuff they just don't have a good selection of. Frustrating, because I have all these clothes I can't wear without brown shoes, and I don't have any.

After a nice long reprieve, the squirrels have rediscovered the back porch feeder and the birds are hanging out going, "what's up with that?" This particular feeder, I originally put out for the squirrels anyway, so the birds will just have to be happy with the dozen or so other feeders.

Sounds cool. I can hear the birds chirping. LOL!! Could I use some dry weather! I am going to Newport Beach, CA at the end of Jan, but doesn't do me any good today...
