I did not get any food pictures today as I did not take my camera but anyway it would not have been interesting just very dark meat on a large platter.
The dark meat was Wild Boar, shot in Lugo and marinated for 30 hours in wine, a little vinegar, herbs and spices. It tasted very good. But as it is more filling than pork, maybe less digestable, we really ate very little for ten people with enough leftovers for forty more.
