New York judge considers extradition of former Bosnian ambassador(Muhamed)....
Attorney James J. McGuire said Muhamed Sacirbey, a U.S. citizen who was the Bosnian ambassador to the United Nations, should not be sent to Bosnia, where authorities allege he stole more than $2.4 million.
