You've done a really great job with him then, if he's that calm and trusting.

Our half-Siamese gets mouthier the longer she's been with us...the first few weeks it was just occasional meows when you'd expect from a cat, but now that she's had a little longer to settle in, she'll cry like a kitten til you pet her enough...and she's the one who decides when is enough! Very demanding, but so cute she never has a problem getting attention.

Every Siamese I have ever met has been very demanding, and verrrrry talkative. My parents had a couple when I was a baby that were bigger than I was, and would always lay with me. They were so protective of me.

Sam is inherently a calm soul. I will miss him dearly when he does go. He is one of a kind. And such a HUGE purr! All the time, every day. And if he really gets it going, he squeaks.

He is truly the perfect cat. He is sitting right here purring as I type. I'll do anything to save him. Thank goodness I married a man who feels the same way as I do.
