Excellent post and read. Thanks. I haven't been a vitamin person lately but "blew" $125 on vitamins on Friday. I used to take vitamins religiously (C, all the B's, plus minerals) but for whatever reason became lax over the past 18 months or so. I notice a difference after only 3 days. Amazing how essential some of these vitamins are.

D is known to suppress colon polyps...and hence colon cancer. When I mentioned this to my gastroenterologist he said he had never been made aware of this fact.
