I am employed in the IT industry but feel no trepidation when I think of my job security.
I work for the number one enterprise information storage systems company in the world and our products have been gaining market share over the competition for several years running.
The growth in this industry has been phenomenal. We are also making inroads into the small to midsize information storage market as well with several products that have no equal as yet.

Awhile back, someone mentioned on a thread about the new holographic data storage by InPhase Technologies...holds much more data than a DVD.
Maybe something to invest in or could be too early? Either with Lucent or Hitachi/Maxell......
