I agree with Randal. It seemed tone deaf to me for the Donald to ask the Black Aprrentice to share his prize. he never asked the bland white guys who've won before to do that-- Randal was a dominant performer and deserved to be the only Apprentice crowned last night.
Let's leave race out of this---Randy is beyond that. He is dynamic no matter what his race is!!!

I'm surprised he didn't hire both of them. He had two minorities there. One was black and the other was a (temporarily) disabled female. Would have been a PC two-fer for Trump.
BTW you are pathetic if you saw race in Trump asking if he should hire the lady.
Trump just has a weakness for pretty girls. He wanted to keep Rebecca around and tried to put the decision on Randall's shoulders. Typical Trump, which makes the show interesting.
Randall beat Rebecca fair and square. He never lost when managing a task. Her only win as project leader was with Randall as her guiding partner.
She'll have plenty of offers and will probably be better off not working in Randall's shadow.
Good grief! Must everything in life be turned into a racial issue? I don't believe for one second that Donald Trump was showing prejudice against blacks by wanting to offer Rebecca a job, too. However, I think he should have just done it and not asked Randall's permission.
