I am so confused. Is THIS the right thread? LOL!
LOL.
Whoops---I goofed
I have a busy day today, and I can't seem to get moving. I turned up the thermostat just a tad...maybe if it weren't so darn cold I wouldn't feel like hibernating.
I was just reading about Hong Kong and it said HK is 9th on the global list for per capita income.....the US is #2 ...so my curiosity got the best of me ---who's numer one?
I looked it up...anybody know the answer?
Good morning.
I have not a clue, Rav. Is it some small oil rich nation?
Is it Monaco?
Luxenburg
Are you babysitting today?
Glad you told us............I like it when you educate me.
;o)
Over here!!!
Good Morning. I am really struggling to wake up this morning. I'd better shake this off in a hurry because I have a roadtrip today. I have 2 meetings in DM today.
Lots of chores getting done over the next few days. Once I am done decorating, cookie-baking starts.
I used to bake earlier, but Mr. Marple would get into things and I would still end up baking the last week. My next sister is going to come help me bake next week, plus I am farming off some of the other baked goods to one of my nieces, who has taken an interest in baking.
Well, I was close! I knew it was one of those little countries!! HA!
Good morning. Thanks for straightening me out where I should be :-)
Thanks for explaining so fully what is going on in Texas with the redistricting; I hadn't understood it very well previously.
MIT professor says that embryonic stem cell cures are pure folly.

This is a must read about how Governor Blanco's staff worried about what she should wear during the Katrina crisis. If would be hysterically funny if it wasn't tragic. And I can guarantee that neither the Governor of Mississippi nor his staff worried about what he would wear.

Tuesday morning = 4am garbage truck = no sleeping in for CM. From the news reporting it looks like a Tookie Tuesday too, so very STRONG coffee is needed, not to stay awake, but to be able to "take" the media's wall-to-wall coverage.
Peach, I just read your account of being shot at and cannot even imagine what a horrendous experience it must have been for you. It scared me just reading about it Thank heavens that you knew where the police station was and were able to get there.
It was something my two sisters and I have never forgotten, that's for sure. We never saw that jeep again and whenever I see a softside jeep I shudder.
I can't open two browsers at once today; strange computer gremlins.
4:00 a.m. garbage trucks would seriously tick me off.
