I guess I'll go for the new HD and do 1 partition. What operating system will you install and where is your CD for it?
Who needs restore and diagnostic stuff if the rest of the drive is useless?

XP. It's right here in my formerly nicotine stained but now smelling of scotch fingers. (No more credit at the liquor store!)
