Heh...no....all though much of New Orleans is without electricity, the church I'm staying at is near New Orleans (FBC Metairie) and has electricity. I just heard from the disaster team organizers.
I'm thoroughly expecting it to be "rustic" but I'm relieved that I can take my electric air pump at least! Heh!
MO Baptists were in Algiers LA last week...
