Noticed it just now because you mentioned it.
Unbelievable, isn't it? :-D
We're having a "let's make a dinner thirty percent of the family will hate" night. Which is ok, because we girls were thinking about grabbing dinner out anyway.
You don't have to sit at the table till you eat it?
Not that I agree with much of what Sharon has been doing lately, but between this and the coal miners, this year is starting out as rotten as last year!
Stop the world,I want to get off!!
Not yet, I want another summer. :~D
On the other hand, maybe it means the year doesn't have room to do much but get better.
One can hope.
Heh...
Hey - LCS can't sit in sunny FLA and stop the world while it's January here. That's just not fair!
I'm YMing The Unknown just now. I don't think it'll be backgammon, but it won't be a soon goodbye, either :)
So who says life is fair -- besides it got lower than 50 here last night!
Heh...yeah, it'd leave a lot of us in a Narnia-like world...only without cool talking animals and stuff.
Cry me a river. ;-)
Actually, I'm kinda pleased to hear we're supposed to get snow tonight and tomorrow, especially seeing as how I'm not going anywhere. Granted, I'd prefer to have a job and that the snow be a slight nuisance because of that...but I'll take what joys I can get right now!
When I was in social services I used to say "If you want fair, go to Puyallup in September" (pronound pew-allup - that's where our state fair is). Our Vietnamese interpreter always cracked up when I said that. I mean ~really~ thought it was funny. I was always concerned that when she translated it to Vietnamese, it meant something quiet different.
But if that's so, she left me out of the joke ;~D
Rosie will like this, because she loves the word Puyallup.
Snow, huh? Hmmm... what about Saturday?
Oops...dang...doesn't say snow anymore.
Things change so quickly here! *sigh* Unless I read the wrong report earlier. But it often does change.
Ha! Well...it's just such a fascinating name! ;-)
I'm still YMing her.
It does change, yeah. Maybe you accidentally read the forecast for back home?
Evening spam...
