I ran across a street in Germany back in 1960 and was struck unconscious after being hit by a car.
Before regaining consciousness I was instructed by a being who
said, "When you wake up tell them that your leg is broken."

As a teenager in the 1970's I was hiking with my dad and brother. We were climbing a trailess mountain in the Adirondacks in NY. We ran out of water and it was hot and very humid. We were near the peak and then the fog rolled in and we could not see more than a few feet in front of us. We had no visible landmarks so are maps were useless. After a many failed attempts backtracking we were pretty sure were were lost. After resting a few minutes we put our compasses away. All three of us just got up and just started walking down. We bushwhacked the entire way. After about 2 hours we pushed through some scrub brush and to our surprise was the tent. I would like to say it was our excellent guide skills but that wasn't the case. It could have been absolutely dumb luck or something else. From that moment on I've always wondered about guardian angels.
