According to the article, it's much worse than that. It's the driver doing it, in the front engine. If it were in the caboose then there might be less chance for harm, but in this case hundreds of people (or even more) are being placed at risk over this insanity.
I hope that it's not widespread....something very bad is going to happen.
Maybe it was in the "caboose" while he was still driving the train.
What was even worse, when shown the video tape, the managers said "that's not one of our drivers"???? Well, then who WAS it driving the train.
"Dear, when I said we could do it in the caboose, that's not what I meant!"
