Not eating regularly can definitely affect a person.
Has he ever been checked for hypoglycemia?
Bingo. No matter how much bad blood there is, I just cannot see any management employee wasting company assets on chasing $192 from a former employee, when it could potentially involve them in something more costly.
And no collection agency is going to want to deal with this oddball collection matter for their piece of the $192.
The company will just write it off. It's not even a measurable percentage of a blip on their quarterly balance sheet.
My advice for her is to just keep the money and have a Merry Christmas. Maybe she should even send the signatory on the letter a Christmas card! (But I think not, really. Better to just let the thing die quietly.)
No, but I find it hard to think he has that:
Symptoms of hypoglycemia include
hunger (he's hardly ever hungry, hence only one meal a day)
nervousness and shakiness (not really)
perspiration (nothing more than usual)
dizziness or light-headedness (no)
sleepiness (no, in fact he has trouble sleeping)
confusion (no, except the normal confusion that comes with being a man... :) )
difficulty speaking (no, but again except what normally comes with being a man... :) )
feeling anxious or weak (no)
Punt...
huh?
Yes he does, and he should.
