What speech are you referring to? There is a conspiracy, there are many that work towards the goal of this conspiracy, that know it, and many more that "know not what they do." It is a plan that serves a higher purpose, and is right on schedule. Those who oppose the plan will be destroyed by it, those that put their faith in Higher Authority will have the victory. IOW it is inevitable that the goals of a one world govt will come to fruition, whether one person opposes it, or millions.
