Think for a moment. If someone had a great business plan for a hot dog stand, but needed $100 to get started, that says to me that the person can't be too good a business person if they cannot get $100 without trying to raise it publicly.

This guy wants to build a multi-million dollar product that will be both roadworthy and a certified aircraft... and needs $10K????
