I'd like the picture to be the the "click through."

Ok. Then you'll need to take one extra step. That is to upload the picture to a hosting service. The easiest and fastest is probably TinyPic.com.

That website will let you upload your picture and then will provide you the necessary HTML code string to place within your HTML string as I showed you above.
When you get to TinyPic.com, just click on the "Browse" button and browse your PC for the picture file you want to upload...then click on "Host It". Then all you do is copy the string that is shown in the "Tag" box (second one down in the list) and place it within your HTML string.

Soooo....the whole thing would look like this:

<a href="http://www.URL-of-webpage-to-be-directed-to.com"><img src="http://tinypic.com/picture_name.jpg" alt="Image hosted by TinyPic.com"></a>

And...would wind up working like ths (Click on the picture):

I think I almost got it. I tried to shrink the graphic, from CentCom, but the click thru is wider. I'm concerned that the display may get truncated in different browsers. If you have time, take a look: Marathon Pundit

It's a pretty good blog, but then again, what do I know.
