Thanks! I've seen that picture before but not the accompanying article. That Corporate Council on Africa mentioned there was the group Wilson promoted when he was Clinton's African assistant at the NSC; it's dominated by oil interests. Wilson's friend Walter Kansteiner also consults for them.
