• It's official; Toyota's coming to Cup and Busch with the Camry in 2007. Jayski has pics.
• NMPA annual awards - Grampa Shepherd wins the Pocono Spirit, Smoke wins Driver of the Year.
• Car of Tomorrow schedule as it stands now (it could be sooner, and Jayski says that "resistance is futile"):
  • 16 races in 2007 - Bristol x2, Phoenix x2, Martinsville x2, Richmond x2, Dover x2, New Hampshire x2, Darlington, the fall Talledega, and the road courses.
  • 26 races in 2008 - the above plus the other 'Dega, Daytona x2, California x2, Pocono x2, Michigan x2 and Indy.
  • All races in 2009 and beyond.

• There's supposedly a new past champ rule in Busch and only Busch - you can't use the past champ's provisional more than once every 8 races.
• Pierre Kuetell in, Brad Parrott out as the Roush #60 crew chief (them Parrotts sure can't stay in one place long). Also, Danny O'Quinn will drive the #50 World Financial Group/Stonebridge Life Insurance Ford Fusion for Roush.
