Since you are on The Beach...let me ask you - have you found a way to make that ricotta dessert smooth? I try to get used to the grainy ricotta but I'd sure like a smoother version.

I have not actually tried the ricotta cheese dessert, since I don't like using artificial sweeteners. I have been eating a *little* bit of fruit instead (skipping ahead to Phase II). But I found some forums which discuss the Beach, and *they* said to use a blender to make the ricotta nice and smooth.
