Apple is planning to release its first entry-level iBook laptops with Intel processors next January at Macworld Expo in San Francisco, highly reliable sources have confirmed to Think Secret. It is not known exactly what processors or price points the new models will debut at, but it is thought Apple will expand the iBook line with one additional model and will lower pricesin some cases possibly $200 or moreto entice current Windows users and prove to the market it will be more competitive with the likes of Dell, Gateway, HP and Sony.

Sorry, but no. Those hacks won't work with the newer versions of OS X, as Apple is working to lock them out. By the time the Intel Macs roll around, the lockout should be complete.
Besides, the version of OS X used in the OSX86 hacks is pirated.
Complete? We shall see. I do agree it's 1000% in Apple's interest to lock out. They might do it by altering the bios in the motherboards so the new OS X will have to find a special Apple bios for it to install. That's what Dell does with some of it's Win XP discs. Can only be installed on a Dell machine but there are some hacks. Microsoft charges them a lower license fee for such Dell only disks

Not pirated. As far as I know you buy OS X (100$ and can legally install on multiple machines I think) and alter it with a few files you get off the 'net. You burn an installation CD with this. Or maybe it's a DVD?
