Ted Kennedy's 10 Commandments for Wal-Mart

Posted on 11/15/2005 5:24:48 PM PST by DJ Frisat

Were my eyes deceiving me? On tonight's O'Reilly Factor, clips of Ted Kennedy making an anti-Wal-Mart speech were shown. One of his props was a posterboard chart, titled something like "The 10 Commandments of Customer Service" for Wal-Mart.

Although it was difficult to see, it appeared that each one started with "Though shalt..."

Can anyone confirm this, or did I misread it?

Was it spelled "though" or "thou?"

You'd think Kennedy could arrange for a proof reader. (Heck, maybe even "90 proof" reader.)

Usually he pisses me off, but tonight he was good about the war and Walmart. Fat Teddy you would think his last breath would be soon. How come a killer gets to live a long and rich life?????????????????? What's wrong with those people in Mass? Why is god's name do they keep electing him? :(

Thank you. That was precisely the point that nearly everyone seems to have missed until now. It looked as if it was spelled "Though". As a public figure, I wouldn't embarrass myself standing in front of, and pointing to, such a ridiculous misspelling.

As usual Kennedy is all hot air. If Wal Mart which they probably already have offered him something he wants he would be on their side which he probably already is. What's odd is they all three probably know this. It's the public that keeps getting kicked in the teeth with their little games.

I also meant to say he is on the side of the union. Just a part of the game they play and we pay.

I would more respect for these socialists like Kennedy if they sold all their possessions and gave the money to the poor.

It is interesting that around the same time Frontline and CNBC had stories on Walmart. What a contrast. CNBC is generally junk television, but at least theirs wasn't a "woe is the world that Walmart resides in" lament that the Frontline story was.

"I would more respect for these socialists like Kennedy if they sold all their possessions and gave the money to the poor."

Does anyone know if the Kennedy's ever paid damages to the family of the girl who died in the water? No doubt it was a least a neglegence case?
