Without knowing which one you're talking about, I can't agree or disagree.

Nope, I'll take the Orleans cover anyday over the Babs or Bette (shudderrrrr) album covers (any). These guys are misguided, but loveable. Loveable? - not true of Babs or Bette.

I'd post John & Yoko's "Two Virgins," but I'm sure it would get me banned. Along with blinding any who look upon it...

Not a bad album or cover, but something interesting:

One anecdote worth passing on. Mel Brooks revealed to Clax that the cover photo for Sonny Rollins "Way out West" was the inspiration behind "Blazing Saddles."

"Mel Brooks revealed to Clax that the cover photo for Sonny Rollins "Way out West" was the inspiration behind "Blazing Saddles."

If only. Brooks famously stole the story.

The original script had been inspired by H. Rapp Brown.

Hm. It appears, not too "famously." One P, btw.

Regardless, perhaps the album cover inspired Mel to steal it.

LOL, I didn't know that. And covers like this are inspiring others as well. This cover reminded me of one of 'The Killers' newer videos, for 'Pretty Vegas'. I can't seem to find any pics that I can load, but it's quite similar.
