New Jersey and Virginia Governor Races (Vanity)

Posted on 11/08/2005 6:33:39 AM PST by RepublicanCentury

Does anyone have weblinks to reliable local media or political blog spots where results of NJ and VA governor races (plus CA and TX propositions) can be monitored throughout the day/into the evening? If so, please post. Thanks.

SurveyUSA, who did the poll that some stations reported showed a 9 point Kaine lead, released a second poll yesterday

Apparently, the more people they called, the more the poll tilted back towards Kilgore. They showed a rally for Kilgore so they extended the poll. They then released a second poll that showed the race at 5 points, a huge drop from 9 points.

One wonders why they then halted the polling at that point. Would more polling have shown an even tighter race?

Ohio's Soros funded issues 2 thru 5 are also worth watching. I hope they all go down to humiliating defeat. Especially Ohio issue 4 which Arnold Schwartzenegger is shilling for.

I will be especially pleased if the parental notification issue passes in CA. Of course then the pro aborts will scream and whine and go to court I suppose.

Would more polling have shown an even tighter race?

In fact, in a way it did.

The final day's polling (Monday alone) showed a dead heat.

Good. I voted No on all 5 of them at noon. There was no waiting and it was my first time voting on the touch screen, it was kind of cool.
