I have always listened to Loftus....he seems to have "knowledge" about a lot of things...but...
when he gets so personally involved in this...it makes one wonder. It could just be a friend sticking up for a friend.
He sort of goes out with stories like Bill Gertz of Washington Times...kind of a "rumor" guy.

I have no idea. In my opinion, this is the biggest non-story I have ever seen! I still don't understand why there was an investigation at all - no crime appears to have been committed! Libby was indicted, but not for any leak-related crime, but for allegedly not fully complying with the investigation (which seems fishy to me). So, someone is indicted for committing a crime for obstructing an investigation into a crime that was never committed! Then, you have the bizarre Judy Miller deal. She went to jail to protect her source, and then when she got out and agreed to testify, she says she can't remember who her source was!
I have never found this to be a serious story in the last 2.5 years. If there wasn't the White House connection, I'm sure this story would get FAR less press.

U.N. Resolution 1441 required him to prove he had destroyed his weapons. He refused to provide the proof. What are we to conclude after 9-11?

Yes, Tony is having McCain on tomorrow. I think I will find something else to do during that time. He was just on O'reilly, not much more to know about him than we already do. Sheesh!

I will have to pose a question for Tony to ask him but I'm not sure I'll be able to listen.
Heard him on Hannity today and I was so pi$$ed. Looks like he's selling a book or something. I'm disappointed that Tony is giving him air time, but that's just me. Sighh.

He IS selling a book. LOL! He was talking about it on O'R.
I will be busy unpacking from our weekend trip and doing laundry. I don't like McCain and won't listen to a show anymore that has him on. ( I will listen to The show just not the day they have him on)

I can't listen to him again. He beat up Sean about it has been the rule forever that it took 60 votes to confirm a SCOTUS and Sean let him get by with it.
Then he said we don't want to change the rules because when they are in the minority they couldn't filibuster. I guess he thinks that if they are in the minority the Dems will just change the rules to take 60. What an idiot.
And he gets by with that also. /rant.

The parody song (to the tune of "Maverick") that Rush does of McCain always cracks me up:
Who is the short-fuse senator,
Maverick John McCain!
Riding the trail to who-knows-where,
Schmucks are his companions.
Wants to run again.
The Party can go to hell,
And lose the Senate as well.
John is the "lady" that he loves the best!
With matches and gasoline,
Shouting, "you're all extreme!"
He's trying to find the center of the Left.
Smooth as the handle on a gun,
Maverick John McCain!
Wild as the west, he shoots his own
Just to be on camera -
He knows where to aim!
The Party can go to hell,
And lose the Senate as well.
John is the "lady" that he loves the best!
With matches and gasoline,
Yelling, "you're all extreme!"
He's trying to find the center of the Left.
"Maverick"'s not the name that fits him best!
