I don't know how well the Panthers pay but I do know a cheerleader on the New England Patriots.
She is paid minimum wage for practices and games, the only other pay she receives is a portion on the calendars she personally sells.
(Yes, I have one she signed for me.) I'm still a Raiders fan though.

Cheerleading pays squat. $50 a home game for a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader, and that's it. The team wasn't listed in the site I checked, but the lowest paying team is only $15 a game, and the highest was the Chargers at a whopping $60. Kids at McDonalds make more.

And over the hill? Man, the older I get the more women I find beautiful. Nature is truly kind.
