I already take a lot of different vitamins. I've also upped my vitamin C, but it doesn't seem to be helping much.
If you're under a gram, it's may not be enough. Zinc may be a possibility, but it tends to just shorten the duration of colds.
You could also try C from food sources. Example: Blueberry tea. Most times, it isn't blueberry--the kicker in it is hibiscus and rose hips. The latter is very high in Vitamin C.

Zinc may be a possibilityI've tried some of those zinc remedies too, but I don't react well to those either.
