To: Alice au Wonderland
I was doing hi-rep/mid-weight squats earlier this week. 4 sets of 10-12 reps at 315lbs. I can't quite crack walnuts with my arse cheecks, but I bet you could bounce a quarter off 'em. ;-)

Or is that too much detail?

However, underware model shapely I still ain't. Spare tire is still giving me a slight case of "potato butt", although Zon says she is noticing a difference in the right direction already.

I have to kick start my diet/exercise program when I return home. I love vacations, but they tend to overstay their welcome on me.

It'll take about two weeks to see noticeable difference in firmness, but I'll keep you posted.
