Though I really think the Bond franchise should be shelved for 25-30 years, it's just too stale.

Especially considering communists, anarchists, and Islamonazis are not considered leading threats in the new world of Jimmy Bond.

That, and a license to kill is now considered a violation of human rights (unless you are aborting babies).

Plus it's boring, and the main characteres are very unattractive and hard to "identify" with.

Can't do the accent, eh, dude?

Then there's Ewan MacGregor who, apparently, can do ANY accent.

And then there are James Marsters and Alexis Denisof, who can do (to me) dead-on British accents.

Jealousy's an ugly thing.
