As as Packer fan I would like to think that the fan cost the Packers the game by breaking their rythym in those last few moments, but I am a realist.Off NFL.com:
"That did slow it down and give us a chance to huddle, and we kind of came together as a defense," linebacker Brian Simmons said. "But you don't want to see that because somebody could get hurt."
Favre was sacked on the next play, and was under heavy pressure as he threw his last pass from beyond the line of scrimmage, an illegal completion that came up short, anyway.
Bengals coach Marvin Lewis acknowledged that the security delay changed the momentum.
If I read correctly, the Packers had just gotten a huge pass interference penalty and the Bengal D was in disarray. I'm suprised no penalty was called. I suspect in Cleveland there would have been an unsportsmanlike conduct call, giving the Packers 15 more and stopping the clock. We're "lucky" that way. :P

After 5 picks I was thinking that No. 6 was right around the corner...:)
Didn't they used to call unsportmanlike conduct on teams for the actions of their fans?
