No one who has been filibustered will be nominated. Period. That is a terrible shame in my opinion. Battles like this are what define the conservative movement. If JRB will accept it, it should go to her. It will be part of Bush's legacy.

If the both the pundits and the public agree (like Roberts) it's something a few a-hat senators can't stop.
