Hi, fanfan! Church was wonderful. Low key Matins, a few families turned out, but in the middle a surprise: Anglican chant!

Dinner will be a while. The turkey is being prepared right now; the grill is ready. I am estimating 2-1/4 hours on the grill, so it will probably be about 3:45 PM PST.

So that makes it a 7 lb bird at 20 mins./pound. Or does your Webber make it go faster than that?
