Funny, I live on the foot of a mountain called Ben Lomond after the one in Scotland, which it resembles. Ben Lomond in Scotland is about 3100 ft tall. Shoot, the Great Salt Lake's level is higher than that.
But the Utah Ben Lomond really does resemble the Scottish one. But my Ben Lomond peaks slightly over 9700 feet...

I used to live in the California Ben Lomond (it's where I started learning the pipes) - but that "Ben Lomond" ("Lomond Mountain" in Gaelic) is on the valley floor. And *above* Ben Lomond is... Bonny Doon!
Go figure...
