To post a picture, you have to upload it to a site that hosts pictures. There are quite a few free sites that allow you to do that. I use http://www.imageshack.us (if you create an account you can manage the pictures). Once it's uploaded, you just type the html commads for it... < img src="web address for picture" height=XX> (there is supposed to be no space between the < and img, but I had to put it in there so that it would show up
