Surprisingly, no. (They even have two 'now's: a-nis which is "now" and an-drasd which is "immediately right now".)
Instead of "I do..." or "I am doing...", they say "I am at (the) doing..."
I've always wondered, because "at" ("aig") is usually shortened to "a'" (Tha mi a'deanamh...), if this isn't the origin of the English form "I'm a'fishing," lit. "I am at fishing."
