We mustn't forget the ground level freezing fog. It attacks when you least suspect it and causes you to slide gracefully down the hill where you hopefully stop before reaching the cross street.

We have one of those hills in our neighborhood, and every winter I end up doing a slippy slide down to the stop sign.

Dang...we lived on a hill in Lacey, but if it was cold enough to freeze, I made lateral trips!
