I can translate that. It's from a sign on the outside of a building.

Reading from left to right, it represents that you can go around the building to the side entrance, but there are stairs to climb.
Or you can get mad at the idiot who has gotten stuck in the revolving door.
Or you can just use your springy legs to jump up to the floor you want.
