Rest easy, folks. There are enough people who will honor their oath to defend and preserve our country and heritage to take care of those who don't -- if push should come to shove.

If anyone feels they need to be 'officially' empowered to preserve our nation, our government, and our Constitution, just repeat this oath in front of two witnesses and count yourself among the band of brothers and sisters who love this country and will do what they are able to do to keep it intact:

"I do solemly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; So help me God."

only problem is, the powers that be are and will see to it that they are deployed or otherwise occupied as far from the homeland as possible.
